Terms of Service

Last updated: 2 August 2026

These terms govern your use of the OpsDash service provided by Rohit Raj. By using OpsDash you agree to them. They are written plainly and are not legal advice.

1. The service

OpsDash provides AI agents that answer enquiries, manage bookings and reminders, and handle reviews, on one shared customer record. Some features (SMS, email delivery, payments) are enabled progressively and may not be active on your account yet.

2. Accounts

You must provide accurate details, keep your login secure, and are responsible for activity under your account. You must be at least 18 and authorised to act for your business.

3. Your customers and consent

You decide what customer data to add to OpsDash. You confirm that:

  • you have a lawful basis to hold that data, and
  • the people you add have agreed to be contacted by you, or you have another lawful basis to contact them.

You must not use OpsDash to send unsolicited messages to people who have not opted in (“cold” outreach). This is required both by law — including anti-spam and telecom rules — and by our messaging providers. You are responsible for the content of messages your agents send on your behalf; every agent starts in approval mode so you review before anything goes out.

4. Acceptable use

Do not use the service unlawfully, to harass, to send spam, to infringe others' rights, or in breach of our providers' rules. We may suspend or terminate accounts that do.

5. Plans, billing and the founding offer

  • We offer free access to a limited number of founding businesses. This offer may change or end.
  • Paid plans are billed monthly in advance through our payment processor. Prices are shown on the site. You can cancel any time; access continues to the end of the paid period. Fees already paid are non-refundable except where the law requires otherwise.

6. Availability

We aim to keep the service running but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, and features may change.

7. Disclaimers and liability

The service is provided “as is”. To the extent the law allows, we exclude implied warranties, and our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the 3 months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.

8. Termination

You can stop using the service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or end access for a breach of these terms.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes are subject to the courts of competent jurisdiction in India.

10. Changes

We may update these terms; continued use means you accept the changes.
